On October 6th, 2020, the finalists for the National Book Foundation’s National Book Awards was announced. Inkwell’s Gavriel Savit had the honor of having his novel, The Way Back, nominated in the Young People’s Literature category. The Way Back is described as “a sweeping historical fantasy that follows two teens on a journey through the Far Country, a Jewish land of spirits and demons.” The winner will be announced on November 18, 2020.
