For nearly a decade, she wrote Glamour’s award-winning “Life with Cancer” column and eventually the daily blog of the same name. Her memoir My So-Called-Normal Life: How I Learned to Balance Love, Work, Family, Friends and Cancer at 23 was published by The Overlook Press in 2005.
